You Lucky Dog Rescue is dedicated to the rescue of homeless and abandoned dogs from high-kill shelters. They believe it’s a moral responsibility to save, protect, and improve the lives of these dogs through the help of committed volunteers, foster homes, donors, local veterinarians, and trainers.

Lynnette Kaichen founded The Pass Along Project to help children who are unexpetedly thrust into foster care (often with only the clothes on their back) so that upon arrival at their temporary home they’ll have some clothing, necessities and comfort items to help them as they’re dropped into an unknown environment.

Seeing the need for these items when she and her husband first began their journey as foster parents, Lynette now works tirelessly to help children to have what they’ll need, while also lessening the financial burden on the foster parents who lovingly and selflessly help these fragile children during a devastating time of their young lives.
